Hello, im new here, and also new to working out (bodybuilding). Actually im extremely new to it, still learning exercises, been doing it only for like 3 weeks. Im really trying hard to stay motivated and into it. So my question is (because i honestly dont know), how long should it be before i start seeing gains? or losses (being that i have alot of stomach/love handle fat)? I know it takes time and to not have unreal expectations but im curious. I've changed my diet bigtime, been managing my intake of the already healthy food and trying not to overeat. so i think im going about it the right way, but im not sure. I found this article written by Jim Brewster "Beginner Bodybuilding - A Comprehensive Guide" on this site (it wont let me post the link) and i have been following that workout routine, but no supplements. i take protein when i wake up, and after a workout, but thats neither here nor there. So yea, i think it varies, but when should one expect to see results?
