NIce lifts MIke but I see a lot of shoulder on those lifts. I know the IPA you have to have the shoulders covered. What type of shirt did you use and how many ply?
But on a side note I do miss it!!
Can't wait till the meet is over next week and then back into the equipment!!
Come on Mike, Come to the DARK SIDE!!!!

I never lifted geared in the IPA. That was an APF meet, so you were allowed to show some shoulder. Doesn't matter to me, if you wear a shirt you should be able to wear it anyway you want, whats the difference. I lift in the IPA now cause they have a raw division. I only lift in the IPA and SSA now, even though the latter doesn't have a raw division.
It was a Inzer black double denim(black was better than the blue). They were good shirts, but they tore ALOT. Thank goodness I got them all for free. I was semi-sponsored cause I trained with Shawna Mendelson back then and was on the Mendelson team.
I've already been there and done it and have zero desire to do it again. I never say never, but I can't see me doing it anytime in the near future. I did want I wanted to do at the time....shirt bench 600...
I have other things to work on right now. Raw is WAY more fun and rewarding to me. But thanks for the offer.
