Hello ladies,
Ok, I desperately want a less voluptuous curvy body. I am 5'5, about 170 my waist is small compared to about a 38 double d boobs, and thicker in the thighs and behind area. I am not really comfortable with how especially men view them. I'm not a woman that likes that kind of attention from them. Women don't focus on them as much on me. At the gym I was told I didn't have alot of fat that I had muscle mass but i'm not muscular just what you call thick. But, I want a more athletic less voluptous more muscular body and I want to reduce boobs down to a B would be great, hell I would be happy if an A was possible. I would feel more free-er and more comfortable. I wouldnt try to cover up as much and be more comfortable wearing tight clothes and not feel as much like they are on display.
I tried Alexia pills for one month and then stopped I saw no results even though they are supposed to be taken for 6 months. Look up Alexia natural breast reduction pills.
I didnt read anything FDA approved and as advised to stop.
I will not do breast reduction surgery cant afford it and not comfortable.
Right now I'm on a budget and I have a punching bag and want to know if USING A PUNCHING BAG everyday along with jumping jacks and walking will reduce breast and build up muscles toward the look I want????
Sorry to go around the world but I welcome all of your advice on reduction.

Well I hear you as a fellow big-breasted lifter I understand the feeling of being disproportionate. I think the only thing you can do is modify your diet so that you lose fat. Now I don't know if you can make it down that low. For example I was an F cup and it took me a looonnnnngggg time to drop down to a DD. I think you're just going to have to continuously lose fat and build muscle to lose the boob but genetics still play a role...I would like to hear what others think of this!

At 170 you definitely will see a reduction in breast size if you lose weight. I suggest cutting all whites for the time being: white sugar, white rice, white flour, dairy and alcohol.
The dairy + conventional meats contain synthetic hormones that will only make your problem worse.
As for exercise, you should stick to resistance/weight training. The cardio part is taken care of via the punching bag + jumping jacks but nothing changes your body like lifting weights.

Work your pectoral muscles more often and you'll definately see change. I did!
In a few months of intense pectoral/cardio workouts, they'll be a nice size as well as great chest muscle definition.

You defnitely need to train hard, eat well and do weights to reduce your cup size you will notice your strap size change tooo as your back gets smaller!
Weight train 3-4 days a week and cardio for 30-45mins mixing it up with high intensity (boxing, jumps ups etc) to get your body shaped and toned!! The harder you weight train the quicker the fat will come off - eat nice and clean to boot - you will be looking great!
I have gone from a DD to a small C.... eeeek! Make that a 14DD to a 12c... even 10c fits in some makes.

Hey,
How long did it take u to go from a DD to a small C?
Ive been suffering bad insomnia so this morning I took a walk around a school track for 30 minutes 5 times around and came home slept....late evening/late night I decided to use my punching bag and boxed for 15 minutes and earlier today did it for 5 minutes making it a total of 20 minutes. I did 100 jump ropes tonight. Also I have been eating alot of rice and vegetables, I love rice.
What do you think about the exercise routine?

Kasha,
Do u suggest only brown rice? and do u feel that going to a gym and using machines like the seated chest and incline press are the main ways???? more so than the boxing to reduce breast fat?

Well unfortunately you can't spot reduce...so you can't make fat just disappear from one area. Make sure you have your macros together, I would train the chest first and and hard and I would so more compound movements like the bench press, push ups are good too! Also I like db flyes. Boxing is great! you need a good mixture of weight training and cardio in a comprehensive weight loss program. Don't forget the genetic factor as well. Like I said it took me awhile to lose boobage, but large breasts runs in the family so for me boobs were the last thing to start going so just know it may take some time! Good luck!

I don't have much else from what all these great ladies have already suggested. Diet, weights and cardio all in tune. I'm in the same boat as you in terms of wanting to reduce. I would love to lose a cup size! It's a big motivator for me lol - it always sucks trying to find something that fits

Yeah I know genetics play a role you suppose to be glad for what you got I know and I know hour glass figures are hot sexy but again I'm not comfortable with it you know...I mean I don't mind the curves but the boobies are too much.
I have been very very fatigue and had to take lots of motrin since punching the bag two days in a row and walking around the track and doing 100 jump ropes...I also suffer from inflammationi n my joints at a young age so dang!
But really, what did you think about ALEXIA pills? Did you google it?

For your pain there you might try taking Fish Oil pills and maybe a joint supplement, both of witch you can find on the BB store. Fish Oil can be found at pretty much any store that sells vitamins and what not, might want to get on a multivitamin of sort also. But im no expert in this area so I can't give you much more advice than that, might try looking up some threads on the supplement section or female supplement section.

When you look at the ingredients they look just like any other "diet" pill out there, with Chromium, Green Tea and Caffeine. They are supposed to target the fat in the breast, but I don't see how that is possible. I don't know, maybe it is. Personally, I'd rather save my money and diet.
I know what it's like though, I too am top heavy and large breasts run in the family. But since I started my diet I've already dropped three bra sizes in two months. I'm still big but I'm hoping to lose more as my weight loss progresses.

Yeah I don't know how it's supposed to just target breast fat....I wouldn't waste money on it...honestly just get your diet together and workout and be patient (that's the hard part for me!LOL) I mean I enjoy my breasts but I think it's also because they probably aren't really going to go anywhere lol! But yeah you just have to lose fat, I don't think that this pill will do what it claims and you would still have to watch your diet anyway so it seems like a waste of money :)

It will take a while but you will loose the boobs, they do contain fat so loose the weight loose the boobs...I was 40DD or 42 DD and I am lucky if I am a B right now. Lost about 6-10 inches around in the chest area. Depends on how your body loses weight as well. Mine kinda floats from top to bottom...right now I am kinda stuck and can't get past 170... was 265 about a year and a half ago.
Keep doing your cardio and working out with weights, eat right and they will disappear before you know it.
Cheers

its been 6 months since i been on here and posted that no change, i am still well endowed in that area. Some people pay to have big solid breasts but i dont want them. I am about 170 but like a 36dd unless i was measured wrong my 180 lbs is solid i have alot of muscle mass but obviously some fat there just 'thick'. But since you went from 265-170 how did you get down to a or b cup? That is what i desperately want.

If there was any way, I would most definitley use yours! I hardly have any left from working out, I could use alot extra, haha. You really have to be patient with weight loss, it is something that may take a year or more to accomplish. There is also breast reduction which is another option of you are ok with surgery, otherwise stick to a low carb, high protien diet. Try and work on both your cardio and your weights, and good luck!

Some of that's gonna be genetics - why some women go down in size and others don't.
But it also has to do with your overall bodyfat percentage, too. You say you're "thick", but have you had your bodyfat measured? I'd be interested to know that number. Most gyms or personal trainers would be able to measure that for you (usually free) if you don't have calipers of your own.
I went from 210lbs to 130lbs and went from a 38G to a 36C. I've spent a LOT of time over the past 3 years focusing on strength training and as my bodyfat percentage decreased, so did the size of my boobs (since they're mostly fat).
You're wasting your money on pills that allege they'll take you down (or up) a size. Focus more on your nutrition (reducing the amount of fat you eat based on what your doctor says) and strength training with weights (you can even use cans from your kitchen if you don't have weights at home).
Bottom line, it's gonna take time.

no need for a reduction.....if you loose some fat, you will loose your breast. From what it sounds like your carrying a good amount of fat......sorry to say there is no way to only make it go away in your breast. Its a all or nothing kinda thing.
When my wife dieted the first time, she lost anything natural she had...now her boobs are just all water. LOL

ok 6 months later i find out i am a regular or maybe large d but never was a dd. So i was measured wrong! This was at an apparel store that measures people that i was measured wrong the first time and measured right 6 months later. I dont understand at the gym i signed up for a membership but dont understand how can a trainer not know how to measure cup size. I worked out the last couple of days and this one trainer's methods were so intense. I was told you dont start a beginner out with push and pull! Plus i have arthritis on some days at a young age. But my goal was to look like an athlete in 3 months which requires serious discipline for 2 days i was strict on my diet the 3rd day i kind of added some junk food to it. I have alot of stress in my life this year has marked alot of twists and turns and looking like an athlete and less steak and potatoes body marks power to me, its something i have to put my energy into but it is so much work and pressure. Its a challenge but the days i feel i will meet my goal i can handle it.

you are far better off getting a private trainer. I used to be a director for a major club, your average trainer at the gym is getting paid a whole 8 dollars for your 30min. workout. how good of a trainer do you really think he is. I had a hard time hiring anyone worth anything for what the club authorized me to pay them.

So you were actually smaller than you thought? If so, that's good right?
A couple of years ago I was measured CORRECTLY at two stores. I knew I had been wearing the wrong size bra but little did I know I was SO off! I was wearing a D cup and was correctly measured at BOTH stores as being an F. Oh the horror! Seriously, it was depressing for me so I can relate. But at least now, with you knowing your correct bra size, you can wear the right size bra which can make a WORLD of a difference in how you look and FEEL in your clothes...and in your workouts, too! ;) Don't forget to be grateful for the little things like that.
