Hi I hope by starting this journal it will keep me on track. I want to get toned and lose atleast 20 pounds. I am currently station in IRAQ and ever since I've been here already 3 months, I have been binging. The food here is so good. I want to input all my data daily. If you have any feedback please don't hesitate to. I need all the support I can get.
Starting tomorrow 16 June 2009 I will start my transformation.

My current weight is 132 lbs. I am only 5'1.

Yay! 4 days so far without binging..I'm so proud of myself. This is a big step for me.
