Trying to get more tone and lean. Been working out for years now but not getting the results that i looking for. I think I'm doing anything right but not seeing the results. Need advise on what i'm doing wrong. Here is my diet during the week and workout regime.

Trying to get more lean and cut.
0600- Protein shake-240cal, 8 carb, 48g protein
Oatmeal-140cal, 26 carb, 5g protein
0900-chicken-150cal, 2.5 carb, 25g protein
apple-80cal, 22 carb
1200-turkey sandwich on whole wheat- 300cal, 40 carb, 28 g protein
granola bar-180cal, 29 carb, 4g protein
1500-tuna-175cal, 10carbs, 28g protein
apple-80cal, 22 carb
1730ish-1830ish- workout
1900-Protein shake w-240cal, 8 carb, 48g protein
1930-Chicken breast(about 8oz)- 172cal, 0 carb, 20.g protein
handful of salad w/ dressing- 65 cal, 14 carb, 1g protein
2130-cottage cheese(1/2)-80cal, 8 carb, 12g protein
Heres a simple of my workout:
Mon- Sat, one body part a day(4 excerise pre muscle,about 3sets 10reps)
Follow by 20min Hit cardio (2min walk, 1min sprint) Mon -Sat
