I'm starting to understand BJJ alot more, And wanting to be on my way to a blue belt, Than start my true BJJ journey from there.
My workouts will consist of WOD's from crossfit.com
Stretch right when I wake up, After BJJ Training, Before I go to sleep. 15-30 Minutes of stretching
BJJ Training 5 days a week.
And just eating a decent clean diet.
Be 145-150lbs (I'm at 165)
Will start my Crossfit WOD's tomorrow, Will be adding Turkish get up's if I don't get enough core work.
Goals:
Pwn tournaments as a white belt before I get a blue belt
Improve my skill and not rely on strength
Be more flexible than a woman. :D
Build a STRONG core
Schedule: Stretch 8AM, 9PM, 11PM, Crossfit WOD 1PM
Monday:BJJ 6-9PM
Tuesday: BJJ 7:30-9PM
Wednesday: BJJ 6-9PM
Thursday: Homework Day
Friday: BJJ 7:30-9PM
Saturday: 10AM-1PM
Diet: Nothing fancy
Meal 1: 3 Eggs, 24g Whey
Meal 2: Oat meal
Meal 3: Tuna
Meal 4: Chicken, Rice
Meal 5: Whey
Meal 6: (Whatever there is to eat =P )
Meal 7: Cottage cheese

It was more like
6 rounds in 25 mins
30/35/40/45/30/30
and 5 pull ups
Crossfit is super tiring if you work at a really high intensity.
I had 1-2 minute break in between rounds.

I got up to 140lbs for 5 reps, i did 6x5
I also couldn't do turkish get ups cause my hand was in pain today, It's going away slowly though so no big deal.
Did semi-heavy ab work today.
BJJ 6-9PM, Did well today.

About to leave to BJJ and Muay thai right now.
Ate very well today also.

Did max pull ups super set with dips 5 rounds
some ******* broke the weight attatchment so i couldnt go heavy
did BJJ right after, hurt my knee :/ fail
