Hey guys, sup!

Yo I'm here because I got a competition in September (first one ever) and I just need you guys out there to give me some tips since most of you here are experienced I'm guessing.

Right now I'm losing just under 1% of body fat a week - Is this too much? My measurements are still the same, well.. tiny bit loss but nothing major on my bodyparts

I'm avoiding saturated/transfats and sugars (Except at breakfast I have 1 whole egg and a fruit like an apple or orange)

My protein sources are:
chicken breasts
lean turkey
egg whites
protein shakes

My carbohydrate sources are:
rolled oats
brown rice
vegetables

My fat sources are:
1 egg yellow a day
8 almonds a day
1tsp of canola with rice (or if I'm cooking something at dinner I have another tsp worth)
3 fishoil tabs a day

Supplements:
Whey protein
MV's
fishoil tabs

I'm about 165lbs right now (Iknow my stats say different lol) 13.12% bodyfat at the moment, 15.05% in the avi (calipers from the same person)

My macro's are approx

240g protein
160-70 carbs
fats I'm not too sure about.. I will have to check but I'm sure it's not that much..

cardio consists of.. 3x a week of 30mins epilitcal / cross trainer or watever you call it and 1-2 a week of 30 min walk.

umm... Yeah. the comp is quite a while away, but I REALLY wanna be shredded and have my tiny waiste and be ready.. I really wanna come first lol..

Lagging bodyparts are chest and hamstrings : ( but I can assure you I'm giving it my all now.

Anything else I forget to add? Let me know man. THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR WASTING YOUR TIME READING THIS!! Can't wait for your ideas n stuff!

PS: Cheat meal is saturday night.. I got to subway (Lol at this bein a cheat meal) and I have red meat sammich. I avoid salt/pepper / dressing... so yeah.

anyway, Cheers guys!

Protein is a little high, pull it back to below 200 grams per day and eat more carbs.
