I remember when I this pic was taken... it was August 2008. I thought to myself... man I'm too skinny at 165! (lol and I thought it was a good lean... yikes!)

I recently started to hit it harder and heavier and I'm pretty happy with the results. Here I am about 10 months later 175 lbs and 33 years old...

I'm no pro body builder, I don't do everything perfect. My diet isn't something to write a book about, and neither is my training but what the gym has given me is a place to sweat it out and feel good about pushing myself. And that's what it's all about.
