I'm feeling my age and look like a shadow of my former self. I've competed in the past and won a few shows in my early 20's. Mostly due to being really lean, 184 lbs on stage - clean, no roids. Always wish I had though. Fast forward 15 years and I barely look like I've been to the gym - ever. I do work out regularly (every other day) frustrating.
I am now considering asking my doctor for Testosterone shots and estrogen blockers to put me in the grow zone.

My questions are;

1. What type (name) of Testosterone to ask for?
2. What amount of free Testosterone in the body (per/ng) is ideal?
3. What percentage over normal free testosterone is acceptable (huge gains w little side effects)? eg. 130% of norm...more?
4. At what point over the norm T level is unsafe and will give my doctor the 'wrong impression' of what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to get growing again.

Thanks in advance,

Every Dr will be different and give you different answers for your questions. Some will put you on cream only, some will give you shots right away. They'll never prescribe enough to put you into the really high range, and will require semi-regular blood draws and tests to make sure you're not too low or too high.

TRT isn't for everyone and it's not as great as everyone thinks it is.
