ive heard keep them out just like a bench press

i keep them in when trying to focus and squeeze the lats.

you can do both.

its your squat form you should be concerned about.

Sit back. control your descent, it can still be fast, but damn.

Yeah someone also said i shouldnt lean my upper body that much forward...

... i was so concentrated lol, next time ill concentrate on not leaning forward ^_^

you can't concentrate on any one part of the squat.

you need to do all of it at the same time.

the three keys are,

arch hard, sit back, knees out.
