We all have a image in are own heads of what we would love to look like and fortunately we have the power to sculpt our body's on the outside to match the beauty inside. So I believe that the human body is a work of art, we each have are own canvass that we can design and create to be a wonderful piece of art work,like anything worth while it takes time,dedication and patience,but in the end it is and can be your greatest accomplishment ever. So by taking care of yourself you have already won...:)
