Gook luck, soak up as much info as you can, and enjoy yourself.

Looking lean bro, excellent work. I'm truly glad you decided to stay the course and stick with it - it looks to me like it will really pay off. I think in the end you will find you could care less about placing - what's most enjoyable about the whole thing is the knowledge that you mustered up the strength and will to go on, even though everything inside of you wanted to quit. The best part about where you are at is that the work is DONE - time to relax and enjoy the product of those grueling months of dieting!

thank you man...damn u come up with some motivating words lol....at this point i would love to place in both shows...since im entering the novice category i think its possible...but if i dont im more than happy knowing that this is the best shape ive ever been in and my hard work is what got me here....and the fact that ive learned so much about this nutrition and lifting just keeps me happy cause i know it will only allow me to do better when i compete again
