it was really easy.. i'm doing sheiko with 375 plugged in as my max, next cycle i'm upping it to 380 and doing more paused, or 385 and touch 'n go... haven't decided yet.

Damn big man you are HUGE. WOW what frikkin body, huge muscle mass and ripped to shreds, I want to be JUST LIKE YOU man. Thanks for inspiring me to hit the gym harder and watch what I eat. Frikkin SWOLE! Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. I want to be just like you. Clearly you are well on your way to achieving all your personal physique objectives, there were more cool, big guys like you at my gym where I work out but sometimes not all big men are nice men.

Nice weight, but I am definitely jealous of the arch! Mine is getting better, but you kept your arch very well even when you got to your heavier weights. Good job!

Great arch on the bench watch the feet as they are close to the middle and some feds do not allow you to touch the under parts of the bench.
Deads I like the depth you have but once you get set you raise your butt and end up pulling from the back. If you are going to sit that low, as do, you need to learn to pull up by leaning back. Yea it is tough but try doing deads with bands, I see you have them there, use monster minis or just minis. Double wrap them and pull with only 135lbs till you get use to it then try raising the weight. The bands will actually pull you forward some so you have to learn to lean back keeping your back straight and pull, it has definitely helped in my deads.
