i just started jogging and was wondering if it would be counterproductive to my bodybuilding, i'm not jogging to cut or anything, i am just trying to improve my overall fitness as i noticed i would be out of breath from every day activities and when squating id be near fainting and feeling light headed, and too increase my appetite also my dog likes running in the park.
so would it affect my bodybuilding or could i just eat more to make up the cals i am burning from jogging. thanks.

it is completely fine and im sure it will acually help you reach your goals. just make sure youre not running long distances and make sure youre still getting your cals in and youre fine

Its fine. Id just not do it directly before or after weight training. Give yourself a few hours (like 3 at least) to eat and give your body a chance to recover from the weights.

You're all set. Do it in intervals if you can, cut it down to 2 miles if you have to.
