6am- 8 egg whites, 1 cup dry oats, 2 tablespoon milled flax seed, splenda, cinamon
7:30ish-9ish am - workout
post workout shake- 50 grams protein/50 grams sugar
half hour- 45 min later- 5 oz chicken breast plain, large banana or oat and flax pancake
12 pm- 8 oz. chicken, med sweet potatoe
3pm- 5 oz chicken, 1 oz almonds
6pm- 8 oz chicken, large green salad, mustard as dressing, 2 cups broccoli
8pm- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, splenda, cinamon
