425, got my goal.

2 rubber 45's each side, 2 reg 45's each side and a ten on each which is hard to see.

nice pull man, onward to 500.

try not to spend so much time down by the bar though. the less time spent down there the better, it's easy to psyche yourself out that way. don't grab it until you're ready mentally.

hmmm ok ill keep that in mind when i go for 450 in a month or two

I am doing the Ed Coan/Mark Phillipi program, trying to get my conventional DL up to 455 =].

It is 405 as of now.
