I've never used a prohormone before, how is the best to cycle? 4 weeks on/4 weeks off(including time on the PCT)?

i like to double the time off that i am on but that is just me.

so folks do time on =- time off but I like to be extra sure just in case

if i go 4 weeks on after pct ill go 8 weeks off

So, 4 weeks on "The One" (27 days - 110/4), 4 weeks on PCT (30 days), then 8 weeks off?

i did before it was THE ONE, when we were testing compounds back in november however during my testing I cut half my thumb off and was unable to go to the gym

so far my brother has added 11lbs and about 25lbs to his bench he is cutting and just started pct. this was his first ph. im waiting on final pics starting pct to post all all of em.

i put on good weight for the first 2-3 weeks until i cut my thumb off

Combine that with clear information and guidance on how best to use this product and the decision was even easier. There are lots of other companies making PH/DS products out there but NONE are as available and helpful as the App. Nut. folks.

every day is a challenge for me not cracking open my bottle of THE ONE

waiting for next fall though, looking for an all natty summer...maybe i'll crack and do the cycle in august ;)
