As I spent all of last night reading up on every diet stategy that is popular these days, Keto, Carb Cycling, Intermitent Fasting etc...I have to a interesting question.

As most would agree switching up your training routine every 3 to 6 weeks(some more or less for people) is generally known to keep your body guessing and growing so wouldn't the same principle be usefull in your diet as well? For exsample if you Did Intermitent Fasting for 6 weeks followed by Carb Cycling for 6 then Keto For 6 weeks.

My general knowledge has led me to the conclusion that a program like this may keep your metabolism high because of the frequent curve balls that you throw at it so it never gets used to one thing or one group of foods...But I am not an expert and I would wondering what you thought on this, if anything it may turn into a interesting log.

Your bodyfat appears to be notably low, whatever the f*ck your doing is working, lol perhaps you should be asking about a clean bulk? and I should be asking your question.

Ha Yeah I am on a clean bulk right now it just got this idea so I thought I would ask what others thought for next year's pre-contest or whatever. You are correct there is NO reason in the world for me to do this now!

i agree with changing things up when necessary, but doing an entirely different "diet" every couple weeks seems a little drastic. i would just incorporate some carb cycling every week, maybe do IF on the weekends. if your a supporter of keto and choose to do that, id say that once you get into ketosis follow the keto program anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks if you like what you see, then go back into carb cycling and that will really confuse the hell out of your body. also have a fast/underfeeding day where you basically water/veggie/vit fast for 24 hours, gives your digestive system a much needed break and is awesome for your body. on the opposite side you can set aside an "overeating" day/week (depending on your body comp/metabolism/goals) where you can pack your body full of nutrients and power up your lifts and metabolism. theres tons of strategies!

I like your logic here, I was thinking more of in 6 week periods but I can see how doing all three at the same time would almost keep your body in shock but I'm not sure that you would get the effects of Ketosis by doing this nor that of IF. Good Input.
