Here's the fun thing, at 123Lb he bp 314 raw, w/ a pause and at 132 he bp 352.5 raw! He was a little monster! 5x b/w deadlift. 633@123 and 683 or 688@132. Hit 700 in the gym a dozen different times. (and for added note 595 best comp squat and 615 in the gym and totaled 1585 one time=12.1x bodyweight in EARLY gear! Not the today's gear! Way before Lionheart Palmer hit 12x b/w!!)

this man is the best weight to weight deadlifter of all time. hes my idol since i have scoliosis too. if i could beat his record one day my life would be complete. but, i'm not willing to cut down to 123-132.

he looks a lot bigger on the cover of powerliftingUSA back in 88'.

Probably the most decorative powerlifter ever in terms of how many world championships he won-MUCH more then any other-. I mean who in that weight class could contend with that kind of lifting, unbelievable dominated for a long time. One of the best ever. Overcame birth defect also, pretty amazing. That record will stand for a long long time.
