This guy claims that there is science behind the Velocity diet from the changes people made in a month it seems too good to be true.

yes, the science is.... a greater calorie deficit forces a greater weight loss.

I have done the v-diet twice. it works, if you can keep from binging at the end. LOL

Well, i did it in 06, then in 08. I didn't do much different each time. I used the recommended training the second time. I think this helped, because it masked how weak i felt by doing something totally different that i had no pre-conceived notion of weight i should be using. Every day you feel like death because you are basically starving the fat off.

if you are someone that thrives on hardship and gets better with mental toughness. this will work. if you are weak, you will give in by the 3rd day and quit. its rough, but it does produce results. Lyle McDonalds modified PSMF should be just as good, if you prefer to eat instead of drink all your cals.

this diet seems good as it is easy to follow no planning ,
for me i prefer the peanut butter diet which is the same concept but instead of the flaxseeds you take peanut butter

That is a positive and negative. I got pretty bored in the evenings with nothing to cook or do. I don't do well with boredom and hunger. So it was tough.

I used both PB and flax, the only problem with PB is fiber. Flax made it easy to get low carb fiber. I was also eating about 4-6 tablets of fiber one/day. I had one shake with peanut butter per day. And this was the best shake of the day. crazy how all day long you look forward to something so simple. hahaha
