To embed your video use this: (youtube)insert whatever comes after the = in the url(/youtube)
But use [] brackets instead of ().

First, you should get videos that aren't sideways, it makes it MUCH easier to see things.
Second, stop doing touch n go reps. Form is a little jerky to begin with, and the way you bounce your reps, with a few misses in there makes it easier to hurt your back, and harder to perfect form.
Third, don't jerk the weight, squeeze that bar up. Keep your arms straight and bring those hips through as you approach lockout.
Lastly, get tight. Take and hold a big breath before your lift.

Damn it! I'm a really nice guy!
I only watched the first video because it's annoying as balls to watch a sideways video. Kik already nailed it, but I'd also suggest not humping the weight (hitching). It's tempting, but it's also a really good way to get hurt when you have that much weight and your form is as shaky as yours is. You have to make a conscious effort to pull the weight and not hitch. This coupled with Kik's suggestions will do you a world of wonder.

reset yourself during reps and sink your butt down more.

"Hitching" in a sanctioned meet will count as a bad lift.
Learn to sit down and back more and use your hips and hams more at the bottom, hence keep the butt down on the pull and back in a more straight (upright) position. Doing dead kifts with bands help you improve this movement from the ground so try to get bands and do the dead lifts with them
Work with lighter weights and use correct form and like some one before said reset your self on each rep ... no touch and go.
Do more core work too to tighten you up.

Don't flex your elbows man, keep your triceps tight to help keep your arms straight
flexing the elbow during a deadlift is the best way to tear a bicep, and that is pain you don't want or need
good luck man
