Whats up guys my name is dennis i am 24 years old and i am new to the site.

I had a question about taking whey protein between my lifting and cardio session who are only 5 minutes apart. would it be good to do that or just after the whole workout?

I could see how its possible so you dont lose muscle during your cardio.. however your stomach might be not like it .

i do if i do a pretty long lift. i can't do it if i'm running though because it upsets my stomach. if it's something like biking or rowing i always take it in between

Taking whey in the middle of your workout is bad for digestion and stomach comfort, so just wait until your entire workout is over to get a protein shake. If you feel you need to take something in between weights and cardio try either Gatorade or some bulk leucine.
