Hi All,
Posting AGAIN, and this time trying to understand the whole concept of "Stacks" how to combine them and find my personal fit. A little history about myself... I'm 28 6'1 currently 153 lbs, have a super high metabolism rate, and putting on weight is HARD! I was recently given the following for free and want to know HOW to best combine them as in what should go first and end last. Would they be considered a "Stack"? Another question what in the world is a "Stack" what would you say might fit someone like myself for not too much $$. I'm trying to keep the stack of good quality without getting bloated and having the sh*ts.
Products I have: BSN: {NO Xplode- Cellmass- Syntha-6} Real Gains Protein Shake mix- Multi Vitamins, and some Amino Acid pills. [ I don't understand how to incorporate creatine in this mix if it is even needed, and if so what would be the best creatine to get.]
I take NO Xplode pre-workout Cell mass post-workout 20mins following is then Syntha-6 for the protein and maybe a few hours later the Real Gains for that added calories/protein.
