Last month i posted my squat form and you guys said i should sit back more and have my elbows underneath the bar. I have since improved my form and i wanted you guys to check it and see if im doing it right and what else i can do?

edit: i dont have a boner in the first vid, its the way my shorts roll up because my legs were sweaty that day and got caught on my knees.

looks fine to me good job. you using low or high bar?

thanks man, stance was about the same in both vids, wider than shoulder width but not powerlifting wide.

wow. Good form in first vid, but second vid was just perfect. And nice increase in weight and reps too!

Push your belly out, looks like your holding it in.. And your squatting too deep.. Everyone keeps telling each other ass to the grace or your a f..... pussy.. truth is that most ppl dont got the tecnique or the flexibility to do that. I can tell because you roll your lower back when you get to a certain point.
Get someone to watch you while your squatting, so they can tell you when your rolling your lower back.. Or.. get those box squats going instead :)
