Thought I'd throw a squat vid up for criticism. The power rack is hidden in a corner in my gym so this is the best angle I could get. This is the top set of Friday's 5x5. A few things I notices myself: I took forever to set up (though this is unusual), I seem to be doing a slight goodmorning on the way up, and there was some knee travel on the bottom of my third rep.

Any suggestions, and comments welcome.

Not bad at all. Did not look like a goodmorning, you kept your arch.
Drive your knees out more if you want less knee travel. Also I can't tell if it's just the angle but it kinda looked like your knees were caving in on the way up. Just my .02

Yeah, it didn't feel like my knees were caving but it does look like they were, I'll have to take a vid from the front tomorrow.
