Unfortunately I am allergic to peanuts, nuts, peanut butter...the works..which really sucks. Anywho, I was wondering if there are any alternatives other foods I can eat, since I see peanuts/nuts/pbutter in basically every diet I have seen in meal plans, etc..

Their main reason for being included in so many diets is for healthy fats and deliciousness.
You can replace them with olive oil, flax oil/flax seeds, various other seeds, avacados, chia seeds(Salvia hispanica), salmon, EFA supplements, fatty fish etc.
mac nut oil is awesome!!!
oh wait are you alergic to that too?

Try dry roasted edamames.
Seapoint Farms are pretty good and they make a wasabi flavor.
Less fat than nuts and a lot more protein and fiber.
Half a cup is about 260 calories. Great for mindless snacking.
