I eat fruits such as banana, apple with my yogurt. Or a healthy chicken sandwich which i prepare myself. At times I take oats and cereals.

I'm a pretty big fan of Greek yogurt... lots of protein, less sugar, super thick and delicious. I have a cup of Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt with a small handful of chopped almonds thrown in almost every day.

^^^ these are sooooo good!!! I do these or I toast a peice of whole wheat bread in the oven and put some peanut butter, cinnamon, and a little honey on it... it's become my 'pre-workout' snack! sometimes I throw on strawberries for a little mixin' it up action!

Greek yogurt! :D Especially the full fat version, omg, heaven! And very filling. I need the cals and fat so I eat a full serving with some honey and nuts or berries at breakfast but it's very very filling imo and you could probably feel sated having half a container at a time (full fat that is, lowfat tastes far different).

I heard mixing peanut butter into greek yogurt is also delicious but I haven't tried it yet.

A turkey slice with chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, green olives and spread of mustard all wrapped in a cabbage. I usually have a tablespoon of low fat greek yogurt on the side as a dip :)

I just had some dried chili mango. Spicy foods kill my snack urge pretty fast.

I'd say cottage cheese or greek yogurt with some berries and walnuts are my standby. Or I just drink a whey shake!

Plain oatmeal cooked with strawberry jam (sugar free) and real slices of strawberries swirled in with a glob of peanut butter! Sometimes adding chocolate Syntha 6 to it makes it like a cake and seemingly way to good to be true! ahhhhh YUM!

man, all of those ideas seem really calorie dense.. when i wanna snack i usually try to go for something light..

cucumbers, celery, carrots..

if i want more cals and proteins and fats
i will make a protein cake,

1 scoop whey
a little baking powder
some wheat bran
some natty pb (1-2 tbsp)

mix, microwave, devour.
just ate one. so good.

My two snacks I have every day are:

1 small apple (100g), 1 protein pancake, and 1T natural pb divided between the apple slices and pancake.

1/2C FF cottage cheese, some raspberries, blueberries or strawberries and a few walnuts.
