Well thought I was come here to ask some advice from you guys with injurys who have fought through them.
Well I have hury my right side shoulder yet again. Last injury in 2003. Was told it was muscle tissue and took flexerall which didn't help at all. Well now I have been training hard and eating right and finally got down to under 170. Well my problem now is that I like to train. And steping away from shoulder/chest exercises is really sucking right now. My question to anyone who has shoulder injurys that have takin away from your training, what did you do? Im almost certain I will have to take away some tricep workouts,any kind of shoulder workouts, chest workouts. Shoot there might even be more. But what can I do at the gym?
I mean what is a good workouts program I should follow?

Im waiting for my INS to kick in so I can visit a doctor...
