it does for me. an i squat too.


so i am wondering if hiit is making me overtrain...or if this is normal.



sprinting makes my legs sore as heck

Decrease leg training volume to make up for the HIIT.

Low intensity cardio.......

yeah, but I space my leg workout 3 days before or after I sprint

It's pretty simple really - you need less leg volume. Squatting 3x a week and performing HIIT is too much, either work legs less or don't add HIIT.

Never did for me, only time I ever really got sore was when I hit sprints for the first time. A good HIIT session though, would sometimes drain me head to toe though. Squatting three times a week, I would favor LISS.
