Nice lift! what was the record and for what fed?

It was an APA meet, and the prior raw record was 622 in the 198 open class.

Thanks man, I'm 5'8. I was 195 at the weigh in, and by the time I lifted I was up to about 205-206. I was only pulling, so I had a number of hours to rehydrate and eat plenty of food.

Yep, just getting over a screwed up shoulder (not quite fully recovered). Have only been able to SSB squat for the past few months, and just touched a barbell on the bench last week for the first time in a few months as well. Hopefully I'll be ready for a full meet later this year.

Very good lifts man, congrats on getting the record!
I usually compete in the 198s and I'm shooting to (finally) pull 600 raw this year.
