Deadlift 595, bench 501, and 500 gym squat. I just started squatting a few fews back. I have not competed in a full powerlifting meet yet. I do this three lift event called Power Sports in NASA which consists of the BP, DL, and curl. My best curl is 225.

how long have you been lifting seriously (purely strength athletics)?

Maybe im overstepping my boundries, but i think a 600 raw bench is within the realm of possibility for you (couple years down the road ofcrouse)! That 500 BP looked like bitch weight for you (if you would excuse my french), have you done more outside of comp?

I started lifting back in high school off and on. I started to lift weights seriously again in 1997 after taking two years off. I did my first powerlifting competition in 2003. My BP was 385 for my first meet.

I have never done more than 501 in competition or training. 600 would be nice, but I'll take it 25lbs at a time.
