I have 6-7 weeks before I hit the beach and I have been doing heavy ab exercises with lower reps the past several months. My question is should i keep doing high weight low reps or do lower weight or no weight with lots of reps? I want my abs to pop when i am sitting on that beach. thanks.
Edit: this is assuming i am doing cardio and eating at a deficit and my macros are correct.

you should post this in the exercise section...not contest prep....anyways 98% of what your asking depends on your body fat...if your below 10% your abs should already be there

Agreed, high weight low rep will make your ab muscles larger but if they are still covered with a layer of fat it makes no difference. Body fat is lost as a whole not just from the stomach because you doing ab work. You need to lower your entire body fat percentage.
