i've stalled on my weight loss at about 170 pounds. i've cut from 190.
but still need to drop about ten pounds...
i'm taking in about 1,750 calories per day. and i lift full body 3 times per week.
no cardio.
Why Have I Stalled??
how can i start losing again?
i've been stalled for about two weekas

You mentioned that you've stalled but are doing no cardio.... you answered your own question bro. Some form of cardio ,whether it be HIT or LI, is essential for consistent fat loss. For the vast majority of us at least who don't have insane metabolisms.

cool. thank you for your help.
yo,
i'm only taking in 1,750 cals.....i thought that this would be pretty dang good for weight loss all the way down to like 150 if i wanted....thats why i didnt think i needed cardio...because i'm already not taking in barely any calories and i thought cardio added with that would be overkill

You would likely be better off just upping your cals and using cardio for optimum fat loss. This will also help ensure that you are losing more bf rather than muscle to reach your weight goals. youll be happier with the results, trust me bro :). Your training schedule could also use a little work as well for optimal results, but if thats all you can get in the gym, then I guess just do what ya can...
