Well we've been talking for a while about letting someone log Mass LMG and methyl Mag at the SAME TIME...
I want someone with decent experience and years training with AAS or prohormones...

This is a ridiculous stack the gains are going to be nuts i predict at the least 15lb weight gains.

prohormone experience: Used M-1-T when it first came out, have also tried M-drol.
goals: Add 10-15 lbs of quality muscle while keeping conditioning.
what you believe I should expect from you during this log: Daily updates about my training and nutrition, and experiences in the gym.
will you post before & after pictures?: Yes, not a problem
can you keep a detailed log of your diet and training, updating every other day at minimum? Yes, not a problem.
would you be willing to wear a dress? Yes, and I'll show enough cleavage too :-).

Last night I won my class (middleweight) at the NPC Gold Coast Classic.

What kind of experience people needs for this products?
No prohormones or aas in my book, just test boosters.

we might have a tester spot back open depending on what i get back in pm..

John will be doing an NPC show in a couple of months and I am unaware of the rules regarding NPC competitions, if they are tested or not, etc...

so im waiting to hear back from him if his show will be tested or not before I send anything out to him. I wouldnt want to jeopordize his competition

Ok guys, yesterday I went to the US postal service office and pick up the box that you send me, I'm going to to startEpio-Plex today, it said to use 2 or 3 capsules a day.

I want to know if I need to intake it with food or on an empty stomach.

your serving is 2 capsules per day starting, after 1.5-2 weeks see how your doing and if you'll need a 3rd capsule.. everyones tolerance to products are different..you might grow like a weed off 2 capsules and another guy might need 4 :).

you can take all of them in split dosages or at the same time, im a firm believer you wont ntoice a difference in gains either way.. the split dosages just help keep blood levels more stable but again nothing you'll ever notice physicaly...


your other package went out this morning and should be there in a few days john..
