Basically I have a torn rotator cuff from a combination of a lacrosse hit and benching with the sore shoulder after. I am going through physical therapy and they advised against any chest or shoulder workout so I have basically been freelancing doing legs then arms or back and bis and kinda just rolling with it and I am really wanting to continue getting stronger in my squat and dead and was looking for a solid routine based on the lower body but also with time for back and arms so they don't begin lagging for when I can return to chest and shoulder work.
So if anyone could recommend a routine that could help get me stronger and bigger when I can only work legs, back, bis, and tris it would greatly appreciated.
My stats
6'1 180 lbs
Bench:215 lbs(Before injury)
Squat: 255 lbs
Dead:300 lbs
Military Press 135x3
I can work out pretty much everyday and was reading up on Sheiko and it seems intense and I am serious about getting my legs stronger so thanks
