On monday I start training for my rematch with fedor.
I say rematch because the first time I fight I will win in less than 30 seconds.
The rematch will be the real fight.

Ill change my cardio and weight training every week for four months, then I'm going to basic combat training for 9 weeks so I won't be posting during that time.
Here's the first week of training.(I won't post my fight training because its secret)

Mon:
Jump rope - 10 min
3 mile march - 50lbs gear - <45 min

Tues:
Bike - 20 min
Jump rope - 10 min

Wed:
3 sets p.ups max reps 30 second rest
3 mile run 8-9 min pace
3 sets chin ups max reps 30 second rest
March 5 miles - 50lb gear - <1h15



Thurs:
Bike- 20 min
40 yard sprints - 10x- 30 second rest
Jump rope - 10min

Fri :
March 5 miles - 50lbs gear - <1H15

Sat :
3 sets p.ups & sit ups - max reps
3 sets chin ups - max reps - 30 second rest

Sun : chill day

This will increase in intensity every week.
Ill be eating 4 high protein low carb meals a day shakes don't count.
Ill post progress pics sometime in november.
