Tuesday: Legs
Squats: 135(15) 185*8(warmups) 250*15
Front squats: 135*10 with a 2 second pause at the bottom, and my butt is touching my shoes, and 135*8
Box Squats: (low box about 6 inches off the ground) 155 for 5 sets of 3, with 30 seconds rest inbetween sets
Walking lunges: 50's for 2 sets walking for proubaly 30 yards+
Sissy Squats: 20
Now i do have a bodybuilding show im training for which is April 19th, but i train with a little bit of Westside Techniques.

Wednesday: Chest and Back
Flat Bench: 135*15, 195*10, 225x3, 225x2, 225x2
Speed Flat Bench, 135 for 5 sets of 3, 30-40 seconds rest inbetween sets last two sets had 145 on the bar, had alot of bar speed going
I pussied out cuz of the show in 12 days, and didnt want to hurt my self doing deadlifts so I decided to do lat pulldowns
Pulldowns: 170x10, 190x6, 200x5, 170x7

Really nice squats! Id like to have your bench to, Im still workiong on getting past one rep with 225. Strong indeed. Looks like some fun workouts. Cant wait to see you progress.

Thanx man I appreciate it :) man i was in the same prediciment as you back in july before football, trying ot bench 225 i could get 220, but 225 was a killer, but now i can rep it for 3, i just stopped thinking bout it and didnt max for a while, and did stuff to work on barspeed, seems like it took forever like literally from april 28th maybe till like the end of august, but im passed it now and working towards 275!

275!!! No kidding. We share the same goal!. IM going to try and get it when i max for football in about 5 months. Im doing everything in my power to get it. Im sure i will, and given were your at right now, I know you will. Keep it up.
