This pull was hard as balls to break off the ground but it doesn't really show. Early hips rising only happens with sumo too, have never had a problem with it on convo.

Your hips aren't rising early. It looks like your hips are too low on your start position and that you have your scapulae behind rather then under the bar. Notice how you can't lift the weight until your hips get into a better position, and your shoulders come forward.
