Im 124 lbs and taking in 130-147 grams of protein. Is that to much protein to lose weight?

Depends, what is your dietry makeup at the moment?

Thats like saying "If I hop on as treadmill for 30 minutes every day, is that enough cardio" when we dont know if you are running, walking or just standing still playing with your ipod.

Doesn't sound like it would be a problem ... 1.5 x body weight is used for bulking if i remember correctly. Medically i am fairly confident there isn't a problem.

You're fine. Unless you have a medical condition that requires you to eat less protein, it's fine. The leaner the source of protein, the better.
