better be safe than sorry. order it now.
For a custom made suit, most designers/seamstresses ask for 10-12 weeks - sometimes more if you have extraordinary crystal/embellishment design needs. This may change during different times of the competitive season, and some designers turn work away when they are swamped. Some designers pre-make suits that will fit a range of sizes. I bought a CC Fitwear design suit this way when I was short on time and it fit well. Also, if short on time, you can check out sites like Diva Exchange for a used (and sometimes new) suit in a size that would fit you. Hope this gives you a ball-park idea...
