I'm going to take my MMA training seriously and take advantage.
I will be posting my CrossFit WOD's, When I do them. Here is my schedule

BJJ = 1hr 30 mins
Muay thai/Boxing = 1hr
No-Gi JJ = 1hr

Monday: BJJ/Muay Thai
Tuesday: BJJ/Boxing
Wednesday: BJJ/No-Gi JJ
Thursday: BJJ/Muay Thai
Friday: Rest
Saturday: BJJ/No-Gi JJ
Sunday: Rest
