I've done something similar from crossfit.
max pull ups
max squats with 135lbs, I usually do around 20-25 depending on my mood/motivation level for the day
and around 50 push ups :0

i'm guessing the body weight is a good way to condition, I'll look into this and cross fit than.

How long have you been training muay thai?

kettle balls are also good too.. you can find numerous exercises for them on youtube. I also like to constantly stretch if im chillin and watchin tv.

I've been doin MT 6 days a week for about 6 months now

But I've wrestled well over 6-7 years and am on my universities wrestling team

I also take JJ twice a week

yeah dips are good.. I like to throw some 45's on and have at it

also for ab work, I like to take a 45lb plate and hold it directly in front of me at arms length and twist it back and forth (side to side) and laying down on the mats and do air triangles.. 3 sets of 33

sick work sick work, I stretch sometimes when I watch tv also. :-D
My coach is pretty impressed since i've never done any type of martial arts, Both of my coaches actually.

I got my first stripe in jiu jitsu a little after a month, And going about 2-3 times a week too. Most people got theres after 2-3 months going 4-5 days a week.
It's all based on memory and technique though and I think i've done well with that.
And for muay thai I need to work on flexibility, Other than that, I have great coordination.
Well thanks because I think i'm going to start crossfit.
