I'm thin looking to get ripped abs. Do I just work abs consistently & intense, or still include cardio despite being thin already. I don't want to lose any weight being 102 lbs. at 5'2". Holla back

Abs are built in the kitchen. Your diet must be clean for them to shine through. Above that, train your abs 3 x a week. If you are 102 lbs, I doubt you need extensive cardio.

hey i think u should just eat for getting ur abs tight and look great you should eat most of your meals as carbohydrate and fats. avoid too much protein. hey its truth if u eat too much u will not gain fat because u should be about 150 or above at this height. my brother was the same case as you and now he is 160lbs with the 6pack of abs. he is now having a great shape.

Do what? Eat mostly carbs and fat and lower the protein? I think not!

Damn...and I was just getting my hopes up that I could have those chocolate Easter bunnies after all. :(
Oooh wouldn't it be great, watch the protein, heavy load on the carbs....Trish how 'bout you and I meet for a round of chocolate bunnies melted on top of marshmellows in between graham crackers??? s'mores anyone???
Does this mean I can eat the entire contents of the 4 Easter baskets my one year old received???

If only it were that easy!!! We would all have abs to rival Janet Jackson!!! In fact, if chocolate were the trick, then I would've had rock hard abs at the tender age of 5. Aaaahhhh....a girl can dream .....

You need to do cardio, crunches, hanging leg-raises and your pick of an exercise for the obliques. That's all I did and within 5 months I got a nice looking eight pack. I really need to get it more on the toned side now. But that's all I did slow and controled and man to they get shredded.
