theres no magic food or supplemnt that will get you that dry look. its really just having extremely low body fat that gives you that look. i remember hearing jay cutler saying he eats alot of fish pre contest cause it thins the skin, but im not sure if it does or dosent.

Its not that simple... I just completed a peak week regiment in Excel last night which I spent about 3 hours on, typing up what to do Mon-Sat every single day and hour of the day. So in my opinion your question is equivalent to asking a Mechanic how do I build a reliable car?

Dialene4 is great CLA as well but like you've been said without a solid, well-planned precise diet, no magic

amazing vascularity man. i understand about getting the bodyfat % down but isn't there something you take to make your veins pop out more to dry the water out of it.

Even if there is such a supplement, it will have an absolutely minimal impact compared to how much your diet and training leading up to the show will. Those pictures should be enough to prove that to you, there are no tricks there - just weeks upon weeks of consistent dieting and hard work, in the kitchen and gym.
Just when I'm almost satisfied with my own conditioning... Berto goes and posts that crap up :D Effing incredible man, you have some sick conditioning. I'm pretty sure looking at those is exactly the push I needed to get in the gym for my cardio today.

assuming you're a natural bber, you won't need to worry about "dropping water" at all...no diuretics, no sodium manipulation, no magic supplements...all you have to do is drop the bodyfat...diet, diet, diet!:)

with their combination of ingredients, the idea is that they attempt to remove water from underneath the skin. The trouble is that even if it does work, when you remove water and there is still fat underneath the skin it won't make a bit of difference.
the best plan is to reduce as much bodyfat as possible through dieting. There is no need for diuretic supplements. Just ask FatherFlex how much water he was drinking the day he took those pics? :)

You need to FORGET about this whole idea of using diuretics and supplements to look shredded, especially if you read about it in M&F, or any muscle mag period. The fact of the matter is, that stuff doesn't do crap - I don't see how the pictures of Father Flex up there, as well as the words of all the other competitors in here, are not enough to prove that to you. The only secret is a long and consistent period of proper dieting and training. It seems to me you are looking for some way to dodge that, and if that is what you intend on doing then good luck - you're going to need it.

I think you hit then nail on the head.
I think the day of most my shoes, I drank waaay more than 2 gallons of water. Simply because it was in the triple digits, and you would sweat just walking to the damn car!
Like King-Fu panda...The secret is..;)

veins and vascularity are a combination of genetics and low body fat. for example, my roommate is super veiny! he has pipe lines everywhere, and he is like 10%BF and only 145lbs. lifts like once a week. as for myself, i am down to 4% and a wekk from my show at 150lbs and have no where near the veins that he has. DAMN HIM! haha
ive herd rumours before it also has to deal with thin skin versus thick skin also. But i truely think genes play a HUGE role in vascularity.
as for water....i drank and drank and drank water yesterday to where i was pissing clear every 20 mins. and at the end of the day i actually had more veins crawling down my abs than what i have in the morning. just my 2 cents

bare with me guys.
I had just eaten a children's cereal in liquid(yes milk) and a diet soda. It was summer, and bro trust me when I tell you that 2 gallons by evening was not rare.

The day of one of my shows. 100 plus degrees out. I just drank and drank, and drank.
