natural organization rules?

does anyone have links to all the natural organization rules on anabolics use? I know each organization is different in that some are no anabolics for 1 year or up to full life time. I am now trying to compete as a natural, and only want to enter a show in which I am qualified for and am not cheating.

I think the INBF is drug free for 7 years and Im not sure but som NPC shows and drug free for a year but like I said im not 100% positive

NPC natty's are a joke if you really want to get into it as far as "natural" is concerned. They allow PH's depending on the shows sponsors.....

NPC Natty's are 1 year out (not that there are a lot). But probably your best bet Vaughn, otherwise most are 5 years like the OCB.

But hell why not just compete in regular NPC amatuer shows??? If you can keep that base build i'd think you'd be competitive as long as it's not a IFBB qually.

The USBF is one year drug free so that is an option and the shows are within the nj/ny area
