since no one responded, are PAL gyms any good? is there real differences from them and regular gyms? better, worse?

police gym or something, or payed for by police stuff, im wondering if they got legit people there or just random guys

just go in there and check it out...if you like it, then join, if not, then don't join. It's all about your enjoyment

I believe it stands for Police Athletic League. Our local PAL always makes a good showing at local competitions. The PALs tend to be good, inexpensive, no-frills type places. It is legitimate boxing training, not some random guys with no clue.

I actually began my mma training at a PAL gym and yes it was legit. the coach has since then moved to his own location but they still have boxing there which is also very good.
