View Full Version : RPM/DRIVE Log...Any other Additions Recommended??

Okay, I have decided to do a RPM/Drive stack and log my results. I have not yet done this stack, but, have used RPM in the past and loved it. My goal is gain some lean mass and strength. Is there anything else I should add to this stack?? open for suggestions.

I just ordered 3 bottles of drive today (buy 2 get 1), and have a full 240 bottle of RPM I have been sitting on, since a few weeks ago I decided to not take anything and let me body recover. So, I should be startining this stack sometime this week if not at the latests next monday.

diet...will consist of approx. 2400 4 days a week, and approx. 2800 days a week. Doing a low high high low carb split (changing it up a bit)...as always clean calories and lots of protien with each meal. Fats will be around 50-70g per day.

Cardio....will occur in the morning before breakfast (largest meal of day) for approx. 15-25 minutes about 3-4 days a week..I work early so this is easier for me because after work I go to the gym lift and go home.

Stay tuned for more information...and I will keep you all posted on when my drive arrives in mail and I start the stack....Also, how long should I do this stack for I was thinking around 6-8weeks.

I think you should do all three bottles of drive consecutively, icariin and forslean (forskolin anyway) work better with time. What dosing are you going to do, i think you have 9+ weeks worth.

What other supps are you currently using?

Currently, I am only taking a multi-vitamin (animal pak), Whey Protein, and Amino Acids (amino vital, but, have x-tend on order). Outside, of that nothing else, I wanted to do this stack with some grace period in between the last time I did a muscle building supplement which was about 3-4 weeks ago.

When, I use RPM I take 3 an hour or so before on an empty stomach and then an additional one prior to work out to keep me going. I find this works best especially if I get really hungry I will have a small protein shake prior 30 minutes after taking my first dose of RPM and have one after the shake.

For drive I was thinking of doing 2 in the morning and 3 preWo. or 2/2 I haven't decided yet what do you think?

Their website has the recommendation for dosing rpm+drive, i say go with 3 pre/w its what i did with the sample. I think it should give better vascularity than rpm alone, i still have 4 left from one of the samples, i might try them again on wednesday as i remember it adds a little more energy.
I don't think there is anything else you need in your stack.

How have you found rpm for strength in the past?

I do enjoy taking RPM, it is the best pre-wo supp. I have done....and honestly have been having trouble getting motivated with out it.

I do find strength increases, but, dont know if its the RPM or just my mind set because I am so amped to lift whenever I am on it. But, I should get the drive in tomorrow or weds, and plan on beginning the following day.

keep you updated on the changes I see.

RPM definately contributes to stregnth gains =P
