Sorry to keep posting these vids, but I am a perfectionist, and I train alone so I am looking for some pointers on my deadlift (as well as my squat - other thread)

Anyway, I posted a deadlift video about a month ago, and since then I have tried to keep my shoulders in front of the bar, keep the bar closer to my body, and keep a solid lower back arch.

How am I doing?

These look pretty solid as well... I'd get some different shoes and crank that arch though.

Thanks for the two quick replies bro!

Yeah I just ordered weightlifting shoes this past week can't wait to get them for squatting. Alot of people are saying that I should just deadlift barefoot over running shoes.

I will try to deadlift in my new shoes when I get them, if it is too uncomfortable, I will likely go shoe-less.
