Ohh man, I just uploaded a progress photo from after Spring Break when I feel I was in my best shape and it reminds me of how out of shape I am right nowww. Since the beginning of April I decided to take a "break" for a week or two...but it turned into an all out BINGE on all the crap I haven't been able to eat in sooo long. SOOO getting back on track next week of course haha wish me luck! :)

LOL, I feel you, I just had the same problem. BUT, hop back on there and get going again and you'll feel better in no time! I've found that when I restrict myself too much, that's when I'm prone to the "lazy" attacks, so try to allow yourself a little wiggle room even while training hard. It's about finding a balance. Good luck! I hate when I mess myself up and binge! It's so hard the first couple weeks not to go get a cheeseburger! Lol, I used to have dreams about cake and I rarely have any. :s
Keep up the good work and remember your body and your confidence will thank you later!

We all need a break and sometimes we fall off a little longer than we actually want to. The main thing is you've recognised this and you are getting back to the gym.

Love and enjoy what you, that will make you keep coming back. Don't make it a chore. :)
