View Full Version : Im not gaining at all...HERES MY INFO! please help! I wanna keep going!

havent gained much in the last 6 months.....and NO size in like a year!

I eat 3500 cals a day, sleep 7-8 hours a night, and heres my current routine....SO u tell me if something dosent look right..

*****MONDAY=Chest/Bis
Bench 3x6-12 maybe a drop set of light weight for a bunch of reps
Incline 3x6-12
Flies 3x8-15
Dips 3x amap
BB curls 3x6-12
Hammers 3x6-12
Preachers 3x6-12


*****WEDNESDAY=Legs/Shoulders
Squat 3x6-12
Lunges 3x 15 steps
Leg Curls 3x6-12
Miltiary seated Press 4x6-12
Lat Raises 3x8-15
Cable Uprights 3x6-12

*****FRIDAY=Back/Tris
Deads 4x6-12
Rows 3x6-12
Uprights 3x6-12
LatpullDowns 3x6-12
Cable Pulldowns 3x6-12
Rope overhead pulls 3x6-12
DIPS AGAIN?????

cut my volume? sheesh, other people were telling me since ive been lifting for awhile I should try doing 4-5 sets! so up the volume...

I'm in a same boat, man.

I'm up to 3600 calories / day with 1 day of true cardio per week and I haven't gained a single pound in nearly 12 weeks.

I've tried mixing ratios:

45% protein, 30% Carb, 25% Fat - Nothing
40% Carbs, 30% Protein, 30% Fat - Nothing
35% Carbs, 35% Protein, 35% Fat - Nothing

I take multi's, protein, creatine (w/ beta alanine before hand), drink 1 1/2 Gallons of water per day and lift until I feel like I can barely support my own body weight.

I get just as much sleep as you and never work the same muscle group on consecutive days.

I'm seriously frustrated, but am guessing that the obvious answer will be "eat more".
